FIRST MICHELIN RESTAURANT IN JASTREBARSKO Korak, which means "step" in Croatian, is also the name of the restaurant that recently opened as part of a family winery and an absolute breakthrough in the development of the gastronomic scene in Plešivica, a famous wine region that many call "Croatian champagne". The long-awaited and at the same time the first fine dining restaurant with a dining room in the region, it is a project by a young and extremely promising chef whose goal is to connect local producers, gastronomic heritage and a touch of nature, because Bernard has an unwritten rule; "If it's not in season, it's not on the table".
