Collects the necessary information about the users, conducts introductory informational interviews and determines the user's needs for services.
Organizes weekly meetings and work arrangements.
Prepares the contractor's work plan and monitors its execution.
Keeps monthly records and records the expenditure of financial resources.
Creates a quarterly report.
