It's a pleasure to hear about these exceptional family businesses in Žumberak! This region clearly offers top-notch local produce, and supporting local OPGs is a great way to enjoy healthy, natural products. Žumberak honey is definitely at the top of my list, and trout and lavender also sound like something I'd like to try. Also, the Balić family deserves every compliment for their success in beekeeping, and it's interesting to see how the whole family, including Nikola, gets involved in the business. I look forward to my next visit to Žumberak!
