The quality of the water and the technology used clearly bring excellent results. I must admit that I did not know about this production, but now I will definitely look for trout from Žumberak at the market. It is nice to see someone bringing back tradition and bringing so much innovation to such an important industry. I am glad that the family also has future heirs like Katarina, who is engaged in freshwater fishing. I will definitely visit the Vrabac fishponds next time I am in Žumberak!
